I am a UX researcher with a B.S. in Human Centered Design & Engineering (HCDE) from the University of Washington College of Engineering and currently pursuing a Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania. I am also a candidate for a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. I primarily practice qualitative and quantitative research methodology to gain user experience insights to better understand consumer perspectives. I am passionate about evaluating user experiences to build inclusive entertainment spaces and products.
For my HCDE undergraduate capstone project, I worked in a team sponsored by The Pokémon Company International to create, conduct, and analyze a diary study focused on new-player journeys in the Pokémon Trading Card game. These findings were put together into a thorough user research report for our sponsor's use.
During a class on usability testing, I worked with a team to study Duolingo's usability. To do this, we conducted testing on experienced and unexperienced users to create comparative results that were presented to our class.
For a user research class, I conducted a study to better understand the use of public game spaces on UW's campus. I employed various methods that culminated in an extensive user research report and presentation on my findings.
